To accommodate the makeover of Form W-4 in 2020, three columns have been added to the eHR Tax Information grids, and three fields with the same names have been added to the eHR Tax Information Change Form page and the General tab of the ERP Employee Change Request-Approval page:

| 3 Dependent Exemption Amount | Total dollar amount from Step 3: Claim Dependents of Form W-4. |
| 4a Other Income Amount | Dollar amount of non-job income, such as stock dividends or retirement accounts. |
| 4b Other Deduction Amount | Dollar amount of deductions other than the standard deduction. |
| The numbers in front of each column/field name correspond with the step numbers on Form W-4. | |
The 
Form W-4 preview function from Employee Change Request also has been updated to reflect the 2020 changes to the form.
